How it works
Muni connects to the tools municipal teams already use, including Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, SAP, Adobe Acrobat, and Slack. It reads incoming work, classifies it, drafts responses, and routes for approval. Every action is logged with the source document, the model's reasoning, and the human who approved it.
Security and trust
Muni is built for the sensitivity of public-sector data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and every AI action is auditable end-to-end. We do not train foundation models on customer data.
